When selling your house it is best to be "show ready" as often as possible, you never know when a buyer might request a showing. Last minute showing requests can be a breeze if you are always prepared. Simple things like keeping dishes clean and out of the sink, wiping down the bathrooms after each use and keeping your laundry put away can really help when you have to leave quickly. It can be a little inconvenient, but it will help get your house sold. Also removing any clutter especially on counters can make a big difference!
