Punta Gorda Lands Right on the Line | July 2026 Scoreboard Finale
This is the last city on our list, and Punta Gorda didn't give us a clean answer. Months of inventory landed at exactly 5.0 in July, right on the boundary between balanced and seller's territory. In this Punta Gorda market update, we break down the numbers and close out the full five-city scoreboard for July 2026.
